Revise the JFM research workflow documentation to clarify project structure, decision-making processes, and tool routing. Remove outdated figures and images that are no longer relevant to the current manuscript. Ensure that the workflow aligns with the latest research objectives and safety protocols.

# Round 5 — Bottom-Up Section Production Controls
|
||
|
||
## Scope
|
||
Round 5 has completed its final audit, followed by post-R5 citation integration and a global static closeout. Current S1–S8 and S10 near-final section TeX are conditionally admitted to the review assembly; S9 remains an omitted author-field interface. Static TeX and 49-key bibliography integration pass, while runtime compilation and all dependent figure/source/provenance gates remain production conditions. No CFD, training, evaluator, rendering, artifact generation or new scientific analysis was performed in the final audit.

||
Repository authorities, manifests, code/configuration and immutable artifacts control internal facts. Nowledge is navigation/history; literature supports external propositions and rhetorical diagnosis only. Prose readiness never implies artifact readiness.

|
||

Each fixed writer remains attached to one unit through preflight, first draft, bounded literature diagnosis, approved rewrite and interface/final rounds. Resume with registry plus current packet; create a replacement only when resume is impossible or the context contract is invalidated.

The paths are contracts, not assertions that outputs exist. Section 9 permits explicit author-field placeholder TeX only.
|
||
|
||
## Workflow
|
||
1. Preflight: 2–3 narrow `DynamisLab JFM` memory searches; read registry, packet, owning R4 packet and named authorities; create paragraph evidence cards.
|
||
2. Draft one paragraph job at a time; update claim/artifact and live-length ledgers.
|
||
3. Diagnose the complete first draft with bounded full-PDF literature; record source state and rhetoric-only role.
|
||
4. Apply only coordinator-approved deltas with the same writer.
|
||
5. Audit each section and each interface wave before `section-pass`.
|
||
6. Run structure/logic, evidence/data and length/display global passes, then terminology/style/TeX preflight.
|
||
|
||
## Accepted author choices and retained gates
|
||
S3 uses the two-figure safe default. S8 uses the multi-cylinder Hodge/period equation with adjacent one-circle incompatibility and one integrated figure. S9 allows explicit author-field placeholder TeX only. These decisions close author-choice status only. Every source, provenance, caption, artwork, evaluator, author-fact and production-readiness gate remains open unless separately audited and recorded.

|
||
## Final Round-5 status — 2026-08-11
|
||
|
||
- **Overall:** `CONDITIONAL PASS` for the nine-section R5 review assembly (S1–S8, S10).
|
||
- **Length:** 7,434 uniform substantive words; S4–S6 contain 2,496 words / 33.58%; S9 has 0 substantive words and 272 excluded control tokens.
|
||
- **Citations/static TeX:** 49/49 active keys resolve; 44 citation commands, 64 key occurrences, zero undefined keys and zero uncited entries. Static structure passes. Runtime compile remains conditional because no TeX/BibTeX toolchain is installed.
|
||
- **S9:** substantive prose blocked and omitted pending author supply, provenance/permission audit and explicit reopening.
|
||
- **Figures:** post-R5 production may begin only through the existing admission workflow; no planned display is publication-ready by virtue of R5 prose completion. Quantitative Vortex/Erase, unbound Illusion scalars, mismatched PPO/SR comparison, MFS mechanism/validation and ungated experiment panels remain ineligible.
