refactor(workflow): update JFM research workflow and remove obsolete figures

# Round-5 Agent Registry
**Version:** `R5-REGISTRY-v4-citation-closeout`
**State:** post-R5 citation integration globally recounted and statically closed out; all units retain the unchanged final-audit disposition. Review assembly is conditionally admitted; literature-source, artifact and runtime gates remain separate.
**Rule:** one persistent writer per fixed unit. Agent IDs are recorded only after launch; later work resumes that ID with packet/registry plus an approved delta.

## Stage vocabulary
`controls-ready → preflight → first-draft → literature-diagnosed → rewrite-approved → integrated-rewrite → section-audit → section-pass → global-pass → final-audit`.
A stage never closes an evidence or artifact gate. Wave auditors report findings only; the coordinator approves deltas and the original writer integrates them.
## Final normalization — 2026-08-11
All units remain at `final-audit` after the delta-only refresh. This stage records prose/static disposition only: S1 and S10 pass; S2–S8 are conditional on their listed source/artifact gates; S9 substantive prose is blocked and omitted. Runtime compilation remains a conditional production gate. The authoritative post-integration count is 7,434 substantive words (S4–S6: 2,496 / 33.58%) in `00_LIVE_LENGTH_SHARE_LEDGER.md`. All 49 bibliography keys are active and resolve. `00_R5_FINAL_AUDIT.md` deliberately retains its pre-expansion overall disposition; post-integration findings are in `audits/CITATION_EXPANSION_FINAL_AUDIT.md`.
