refactor(workflow): update JFM research workflow and remove obsolete figures

Revise the JFM research workflow documentation to clarify project structure, decision-making processes, and tool routing. Remove outdated figures and images that are no longer relevant to the current manuscript. Ensure that the workflow aligns with the latest research objectives and safety protocols.

The author has accepted the S3 two-figure safe default and S8 recommended equation/integrated composition, so those author-choice gates are closed for bounded R5 drafting; their source, provenance, caption, artwork and production gates remain open. Section 9 remains an author-owned provenance-gated interface and permits explicit author-field placeholder TeX only, not agent-authored facts or results. Prose admission does not approve any panel or artifact. Current Sections 1/2 own integrated former Style-01/02 content; deleted Style files remain historical/superseded provenance only.
