Added only examples/fixed_patch_jet.py (179 lines). Existing backend, BC helper, tests, prior sources/evidence unchanged against this round baseline. No dependencies/environment/system edits, DynamisLab access, commit or push.

Public API only: configuration loader + replace, equilibrium/macroscopic helpers, CudaContext, FixedPatchStepper(slot_reservoir). Native coarse/fine leaves, physical centers, on-site clipping Y=[1.5,46.5], no interpolation or oracle. Layout and three synchronized velocity panels inspected after run. Centerline values average two explicitly recorded neighboring native columns.

One real production compile/run, no retry or parameter/tolerance changes: 1200 coarse /2400 fine steps, 25 successful checks including initial state, exit0. Predeclared checks every50 steps: all leaf populations/macros finite, density positive, measured Ma<=0.1. External120s resource watchdog. stdout.txt is directly redirected merged stdout/stderr, unmodified.

Runtime resource results in results.json: elapsed7.101054s, peak sampled process-group RSS280051712 bytes, minimum available RAM63756603392 bytes, minimum GPU0 free15826MiB; peak combined task temporary/current output/prior refinement evidence1929396 bytes, below2GB. Monitoring is sampled, not an OS hard memory/disk limit; no256MiB RSS cap. Private compilation scratch and Matplotlib cache cleaned; temporary runner removed.

Snapshots0/300/1200 are low-Re startup flow in an x-periodic confined domain. Fixed-amplitude startup includes acoustic transients; no steady/developed jet, vortex/head detector, uniform-coarse comparison or accuracy/conservation certification.

Final rho range[0.99340069294,1.00000023842], measured Ma0.03416155101. Node mass2208.00001640618 ->2202.30112983007 (delta -5.69888657611); final macro boundary sums bottom0.12769020163, top0.03066523932. These node-weighted quantities are not an exact physical volume integral or a demonstrated population-budget closure. No mass-conservation assertion.

Read-only delegate reviewed geometry, wall clipping, probes and safety. One reduction-order issue was corrected before the only run: initial/current node mass both sum populations in FP64. No post-run source changes.
